Game Intro
Echo’s Tale is a mini desktop pixel platformer game. It tells the adventure story about a bard collecting magical music power to defeat the evil magician. Players will control the bard to overcome challenges.
On her journey, the bard needs to travel through village, forest, mountains, and finally reaches the evil magician’s castle. She’ll avoid enemies and traps, solve puzzles, and collect music notes to strengthen her magical instruments.

How to play on Mac: Download the file from Dropbox → Unzip the file → Click “Mainscene_Test” disk → Right click “Mainscene_Test” program and select "Open", "Insist to open"

Concept Sketch
I’m responsible for the bard character design and start with creating concept sketch for bard on Procreate, and also the style for our scene.

In order to create pixel style and make sprite sheets, I drew the bard in Aseprite, and designed idling, running, and attacking (playing instruments) animations.
